Terms and conditions holiday packages

(In accordance with Italian Law No. 82-100 D.Lgs. 206/2005 c.d. Consumer Code)

General terms

Quote available upon request and possibility to customize the package. The company reserves the right at all times to alter or change any of these terms in case of bad weather.

Bookings

After we receive your booking and all appropriate payments, if the arrangements you wish to book are available, the Agenzia Saracino Viaggi by Escape S.r.l. will issue a confirmation invoice.

Paying for your holidays

  1. In order to confirm your chosen arrangements you must pay a 25% deposit of the total value of your holiday. The balance of the cost of your arrangements is due not less than 30 days prior to departure.

  2. Final numbers on number of the participants will be required no more 30 days prior to departure. Payment must be made by credit card or money transfer to:

For particular type of packages, the account may change.

If you cancel your holiday

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation shown in the grid below.

  • from day after the booking until 30 days prior to departure: 10%
  • between 29 days and 20 days: 30%
  • between 19 and10 days: 50%
  • between 9 and 4 days: 75%
  • between 3 and 0 days: 100%
